|

| For many, Count Dracula represents the evil. He lived many years ago and much has been written about him; he has become a Myth. Was he a mere Human who simply happened to be a very good warrior or a tormented and lost soul? For the people of south-east Europe (as myself) the supernatural exists in real with flesh and blood. Our landscape is rough, the winters tough, and the shadows of the night host the evil. Plus we are mostly christians and we were born to believe that the Devil has many ways of harming us, so we should be prepared and armed with lots of faith. Inevitably we tend to believe in many things. Personally I think that indeed there are beings among us that we can't see. I cannot prove to you that they exist, but neither can you about the opposite. Therefore we should keep an open mind without becoming superstitious when it comes to this sort of issues. And for Great Count Dracula too. You can never know the greatness of the Evil unless you encounter it in front of you, next to you or inside you......... |
